Now Hiring: Industrial Construction Estimator with PEMB Experience | Tomball, TX

Are you a seasoned Industrial Construction Estimator with a passion for delivering precision in large-scale, ground-up projects? Do you bring deep expertise in PEMB, Tilt Wall, ROM, and GMP estimating within a Commercial Industrial Contractor environment? If so, we want to hear from you!

Bonus points if you've worked on aviation facilities!

Our client is seeking a driven professional with at least 10 years of national estimating experience, especially with Design-Build and Ground-Up projects from the contractor's side. This full-time, in-office role is located in Tomball, TX, and offers an exciting opportunity to be part of high-impact projects across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare comprehensive cost estimates and budgets for industrial construction projects across multiple states

Provide Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) and Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) estimates

Collaborate with project managers, architects, and 3rd-party contractors to ensure estimate accuracy

Analyze drawings and specifications to determine project scope (note: no take-offs required)

Attend project planning and preconstruction meetings

Ensure all estimates align with industry standards and company protocols

Qualifications:

10+ years of industrial construction estimating experience

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field

Demonstrated expertise in ground-up and design-build estimating

Experience with aviation facility construction is highly desirable

Familiar with GMP contracts and multi-state estimating practices

Hands-on knowledge of Tilt Wall and Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB)

Strong communicator and team player, able to work independently

Willingness to travel occasionally as required

Additional Details:

Office-based position - remote work is not available

Role involves working with 3rd-party contractors (no self-perform)

No take-off work required
