The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating machinery and performing various labor tasks to support our operations. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Operate and maintain various types of machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed, ensuring proper handling techniques are followed. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for all team members. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly. any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a labor or operator role is a plus but not required; training will be provided. Ability to operate heavy machinery safely (certification may be required). Strong physical stamina, capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and standing for extended periods. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Basic problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential. Willingness to adhere to safety standards and protocols at all times. Willingness to shovel and use other hand tools to dig.
