Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites before, during, and after construction activities. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed. Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision. Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced tradespeople to complete tasks accurately. Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations. Help with the installation of structures, frameworks, and fixtures as directed. Perform general maintenance tasks on equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition. Skills Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials is preferred but not required. Ability to follow directions accurately and work as part of a team.
