Job Requirements Have 1 years' experience in rooftop solar installations (panel setting and wiring) Have electrical apprentice level skills or related hands-on electrical experience Must be in good physical condition, able to lift 50 lbs, work outside and be on your feet for 8 hours Can pass a criminal history/background check Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Are punctual and can maintain excellent attendance Have your own personal protective equipment (PPE), including hard hat, steel or composite toed boots, gloves and ear protection Have ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment Must be a self-starter and willing to learn new skills Have the basic tools of the trade is Willing to work projects out of the Phoenix area (Arizona and the Southwestern US)
