ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Organize workload in paint area Set up and operate spray painting equipment Paint product to meet specifications Coordinate delivery of completed parts to finishing department KNOWLEDGE /SKILLS ABILITIES: Basic understanding of how to operate paint equipment Understanding of lean manufacturing process QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent 0-1years previous experience Experience or exposure to lean concepts preferred PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects Climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer terminal, expansive reading, etc. The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions Benefits: Competitive salary Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.
