Compensation: $20.00 per hour

Description

The Kingston Resorts is a 145 acre oceanfront resort on the north-end of Myrtle Beach. Less than 2 miles from Tanger Outlets and a short 20 minute trip to Broadway at the Beach. This resort is home to the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort, Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach, Kingston Plantation Condos, and Royale Palms. The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the maintenance of the laundry facility and machinery within the facility.

Responsibilities

Mechanical and electronic troubleshooting, repair and installation of equipment.

Monitors public space temperatures, making appropriate adjustments when necessary.

Performs scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance on all plant equipment, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and related equipment.

Maintains appropriate record of preventive maintenance and repairs.

Visually inspection of gauges, dials and mechanical equipment, make basic mathematical calculations, and move and climb on all types of uneven surfaces.

Using plumbing and carpentry skills to attend to building maintenance and preventative programs.
