LaSalle Network is partnering with a leading construction services firm in the Chicagoland area to hire a Senior Project Manager. This is a high-impact role for someone ready to take ownership of complex projects and lead high-performing teams. We're looking for a strategic thinker with exceptional project execution skills, safety expertise, and a sharp eye for quality and compliance.

Senior Project Manager Responsibilities

Lead and manage all phases of assigned construction projects

Review subcontractor and vendor proposals to ensure alignment with project requirements

Participate in proposal development including technical material preparation and bid evaluations

Drive project timelines and align milestones with internal and external teams

Direct site crews and subcontractors, ensuring safety and performance standards are met

Track labor and material costs, manage change orders, and oversee project accounting

Provides guidance, mentorship, and technical oversight to project teams, procurement personnel, and other stakeholders involved in proposal development and project execution

Collaborate across the organization with estimating and procurement teams

Ensure all design and construction activities meet contractual requirements, building codes, regulatory standards, and all necessary permitting and inspection processes

Senior Project Manager Requirements

7-10 years of construction project management experience

Active OSHA 30-hour certification required

Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and complex builds
