Full-Time | $65,000–$85,000 + Bonus | Growth Opportunity

Are you ready to launch your career with one of Charleston’s premier custom home builders?

We’re seeking a motivated Entry-Level Project Manager to join our award-winning construction team. You’ll have the opportunity to learn directly from a seasoned builder and be hands-on with luxury home projects across Kiawah Island and the surrounding areas.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in managing ground-up residential construction projects (2,800–7,000+ sq ft)

• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and surveyors

• Support client communications, updates, and on-site meetings

• Help maintain construction schedules, budgets, and quality control

• Learn the full project cycle — from plans to punch list — under expert mentorship

Who We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of construction experience

• Hungry to learn, take initiative, and grow within the company

• Strong communicator – personable, professional, and responsive

• Tech savvy – comfortable with iPhone/iPad, Windows, and software tools

• Well-presented, organized, and detail-oriented

• Comfortable working flexible hours and being available when needed (including holidays)

Construction-related degree is a plus, but not required
