Handyman needed--Immediate Opening

Please read before responding. Must live either in Lexington or Nicholasville (there is quite a bit of driving and our properties are in Lexington, Nicholasville, Frankfort, Georgetown, Richmond). This is for year-round work (40-50 hours a week).

Immediate opening. My company is in need of an experienced handyman/maintenance man. Prefer to have carpentry experience with putting in molding, laminate/vinyl plank flooring, small paint jobs, etc. We manage over 1000 units. The jobs maybe a quick fix or a complete renovation. The candidate must meet following criteria:

This job pays around $25/hr for 40 or more hours each week guaranteed.

1. Your own vehicle (preferably a truck or something with cargo room).

2. Cell phone and communication. This is a handyman/maintenance man position.

3. Need to be proficient at carpentry. Most of the jobs will entail painting or touching up places, along with changing blinds, light fixtures, etc.

This is a great job and you will have flexibility in your schedule and work environment.

This job $25/hr.
