MAINTENANCE ELECTRICIAN

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

A Maintenance Electrician candidate must be willing to give improvement suggestions, and ideas to help the success of our facility. Ideal candidates must be safety and quality orientated along with demonstrating the adaptability and willingness to work in a team orientated - fast paced work environment. This position requires individuals to perform general production duties in a food manufacturing environment following quality and safety standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Repairs, maintains, replaces, installs, and tests electrical/electronic systems, circuits, and equipment

Diagnose and repair electrical problems in a timely manner to minimize downtime.

Install new electrical systems, machinery, and equipment as needed.

Operates electrical hand tools and voltage or ampere measuring devices

Possesses working knowledge of techniques, materials, tools, and equipment used

Complies with company policies and the Code of Conduct Statement

Adheres to general and job specific safety, environmental, and quality guidelines/procedures

Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair work.
