We are looking for dynamic and an Electrical Engineer to join our Power2 Engineering Development Program in Raleigh, NC. This program offers accelerated professional growth through technical training over an 18-month period, with an optional 6-month rotation in other business functions like Marketing, Supply Chain, Project Management, and Operations. You'll gain comprehensive knowledge of engineering product design skills and processes, supporting manufacturing at various factories in North America. Your Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with two years of work experience (Intern and Co-op experience considered).
  • Must have work authorization to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
  • Interest in the energy industry and manufacturing sectors.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organization and work/project planning skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and effective collaborator.
