Project Manager/Estimator

Considered candidates must have the ability to prepare estimates and work closely with our team to direct and ensure proper delivery of multiple commercial projects.

Education / Preferred Skills / Charter Traits:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering with at least four years as a Drywall Project Manager or at least eight years of applicable work experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Publisher, Word, and Outlook
• Proficient with reading blueprints and project specifications.
• Working knowledge of the following trade softwares: Bluebeam, On-Screen-takeoff, Planswift.
• At least three years of experience as a Drywall Project Manager.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively (Verbal & Written)
• Ability to prioritize work, maintain a positive attitude, and maintain composure in stressful situations.
• High Level of Organization.
• Self-Starter w/ High Level of Motivation
• Multi-Tasker

Job Duties:

• Develop and Maintain Client Relationships (Possible off-hour networking)
• Attend Pre-bid Meetings
• Prepare Submittals & other Pre-con documentations
• Prepare Quantity Take-Offs
• Assemble Comprehensive Estimates
• Oversee and manage multiple construction projects
• Oversee Foreman Duties
• High Level of Organization
• Provide accurate PM reporting:

Budget & Scheduling Status

Change Order, Quality Control and Safety Reports

• Handle Change Order Processing
• Expedite all close-out documents

Other Requirements / Licenses:

• Current State-Issued Driver's License
• Reliable/Clean Transportation
• Must pass background and pre-employment Drug test.
