Job Title: Construction Cost Estimator

Location: Lebanon, IN

Duration: 12 months+

Pay rate: $60/hr - $80/hr {depending on experience) plus per diem

Job Description: The consultant will be responsible for managing and monitoring the project's costs to ensure it stays within budget. The consultant will estimate costs, develop and manage the budget, analyze data, and report on it to determine if the project can be completed within budget. The consultant will identify where costs are deviating and find ways to correct the situation. This is not a desk job the candidate is required to be doing field walk downs and confirming that what is being invoiced is actually being installed on site.

Cost Estimation:
Forecasting the costs of a project from start to finish, considering labor, materials, and other expenses.

Budget Management:
Developing and maintaining the project budget, including allocating costs across different project stages and functions.

Cost Tracking:
Monitoring actual costs against the budget and identifying variances or deviation'

The consultant will monitor invoices against the finished product to make sure invoices and timelines are correct.

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to Commute:
