Senior Construction Project Manager

A Senior Project Manager tis needed for a leading EPC organization. The Senior PM will drive ground-up and retrofit projects from preconstruction through closeout, with a preference for mission-critical data-center experience. Acting as the primary liaison to owners and stakeholders, you will safeguard safety, budget, schedule, and quality while cultivating long-term client relationships.

Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in construction management (or equivalent experience) and bring 5+ years of leadership on large commercial builds-ideally hyperscale or colocation data centers, though industrial or GC backgrounds will also be considered. Proficiency with project in budgeting, subcontractor oversight, and client communication, are required. This is a direct-hire role in Savannah, GA, with relocation being budgeted for qualified candidates. Candidates willing to work in Atlanta, Greenville, or Nashville will also be considered.

responsibilities:

• Create, track, and update detailed project budgets, schedules, and cost projections
  
  
• Lead subcontractor prequalification, scope reviews, contract execution, and performance management
  
  
• Chair weekly OAC and internal coordination meetings to align safety, progress, and deliverables
  
  
• Administer change orders, RFIs, and project documentation, ensuring timely closeout and turnover
  
  
• Partner with Pre-Con teams to develop accurate estimates and logistics plans for mission-critical sites
  
  
• Champion a culture of zero-incident safety, quality craftsmanship, and continuous improvement
