Position summary: JMT is seeking a Top Secret Cleared Lead Construction Inspector in the Washington, DC area for an exciting opportunity to work with the federal government. The construction project manager will provide construction project oversite using knowledge of general engineering and construction principles and practices to interpret, organize, coordinate, communicate and execute.
Compensation for this position is $110,000.00 - $135,000.00, commensurate with experience, education and certifications. The provided range is a good faith estimate based on the requirements described within the job description. If so, the actual salary range may vary from the estimate provided.

Essential skills and responsibilities:
- Assist with construction management oversight during all phases of the project
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of project schedules
- Assist in the preparation and updating of cost estimates
- Assist in preparation of project budgets
- Prepare reports and logs such as inspector daily reports, cost to date, estimated cost to complete, submittals, RFIs, etc.
- Manage project sub-consultants and in-house support disciplines
Required Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic. Willing to do what it takes to get the job done
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
