Requirements:
Active Workers Compensation Insurance (COI required)
Your own truck and tools
Proven experience with shingle tear-offs and installs
Crew must be dependable, professional, and cleanup-oriented
Must follow local codes and pass inspections

Compensation:
Pay per square
Rates vary based on scope, speed, and craftsmanship
Paid promptly upon job completion and quality check

Work Area:
Jobs located across Connecticut
Local travel required
