Position: Designer / Drafter
Location: Woodland, WA
Pay: $25$30+ per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday Friday | 7:00 AM 4:00 PM

What Youll Do:
We are seeking a Drafter / Designer to support our production and project management teams. In this role, youll:

• 
  Create and revise technical drawings and shop drawings for concrete products
  
• 
  Work closely with Project Managers and Production to ensure accurate and timely designs
  
• 
  Translate specifications and sketches into detailed CAD drawings
  
• 
  Communicate effectively across departments to support successful project execution
  
• 
  Maintain organized drawing files and documentation

What You Need to Have:
The Musts:

• 
  In-person CAD drafting experience (AutoCAD or similar required)
  
• 
  Strong understanding of construction or manufacturing drawings
  
• 
  Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
  
• 
  Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
  
• 
  Strong communication and organizational skills
  

Preferred:

• 
  Experience in concrete, precast, or structural design
  
• 
  Knowledge of construction industry terminology and standards
  
• 
  Familiarity with project-based environments or manufacturing workflows
