Industrial Electrician

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the industrial sector, is seeking an Industrial Electrician to join their team. As an Industrial Electrician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting Production and Engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a solid work ethic which will align successfully in the organization.

• Perform electrical maintenance and troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment
• Support production operations by ensuring electrical systems are functioning efficiently
• Train on 1st shift (MonFri, 8a4p) for 3 months before transitioning to a 12-hour rotating shift
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain safety and productivity
• Work flexible hours, including holidays and potential night shifts

• Minimum 35 years of electrical experience in a manufacturing setting
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (day or night)
• Willingness to work holidays and adapt to changing shift needs
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Commitment to safety and quality standards

• $10,000 sign-on bonus (paid in four installments over 18 months)
• Insurance coverage starting the first of the month after hire

• Double time pay on Sundays
