Position Overview: We’re seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent with a proven background in multifamily construction to oversee field operations on large-scale residential projects. This individual will lead all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all day-to-day job site operations

• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field staff

• Maintain project schedules, safety compliance, and quality standards

• Conduct daily jobsite walks and enforce company and OSHA safety protocols

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure alignment on schedule, logistics, and budget

• Review and understand blueprints, specifications, and project documentation

• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and milestones

• Mentor junior staff and uphold company culture and standards on site

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in construction, with at least 5 years in a Superintendent role

• Strong background in multifamily residential construction (podium, wrap, garden-style, or mid-rise experience preferred)

• Proven ability to manage large-scale ground-up projects from start to finish

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Proficiency in construction scheduling software (Procore, MS Project, etc.)

• OSHA 30 Certification (preferred)

• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and plans
