Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor on construction sites.
Assist skilled tradespeople (pipe threaders, construction equipment operators, etc.) as needed.
Operate and maintain a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Load and unload materials, including lumber, rebar, equipment, and debris.
Prepare construction sites by cleaning and clearing debris, digging trenches, and erecting scaffolding.
Follow all safety procedures and regulations, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a construction worker or in a similar role.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), standing for extended periods, bending, and kneeling.
Familiarity with construction tools and equipment.
Strong understanding of construction safety practices and procedures.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
What We Offer:
Competitive wages starting $20.00/Hr. -$24.00/Hr.
