Construction Superintendent

Just this morning a local premiere commercial builder had their HR Manager reach out seeking a MULTIFAMILY Superintendent to join their organization! Ideally someone with ground up medical, multifamily, education or Tilt up experience is needed for upcoming projects and to help round out the team. Qualifications

• 5-7 years proven track record in commercial construction, experience in building quality medical/healthcare, either ground up and/or tenant improvements; additionally looking for someone with strong education and tilt up experience

• Expert ability to manage project timelines and budgets

• Demonstrable ability to lead construction projects in various phases concurrently

• Industry consistent work history

• Ability to foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
• Carpentry experience preferred

• Four-year degree from an accredited university with construction management, engineering, or business concentrations preferred but not required

• Strong desire to be successful and surrounded by like-minded individuals with a passion for high quality work and career advancement
