Automotive Glass Technician

Castle Rock CDJR is actively seeking a skilled and dependable Windshield Technician to join our high-performing service team. This position is ideal for someone with experience in automotive glass replacement who values precision, safety, and consistent workflow in a dealership setting.

• Replace and repair windshields and other automotive glass on a variety of vehicles

• Ensure all glass installations meet OEM and safety standards

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and properly handle glass inventory

• Complete work orders and documentation in a timely and accurate manner

• Inspect completed work for quality assurance

• Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with advisors

• Assist with additional light service tasks when needed

• 1+ years of experience in automotive glass installation (preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to lift glass and tools safely (up to 50 lbs)

• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors

• Self-starter with a positive attitude and team spirit

• Consistent workflow in a high-traffic, trusted dealership
