We are seeking a dependable, experienced handyman with a strong background in construction and general home repair. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of handling a wide range of residential and commercial tasks with minimal supervision.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of verifiable construction or repair experience
Proficient in carpentry, trim work, tile, electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, flooring, and general repairs
Able to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
Must be physically capable of lifting 75 lbs or more
Possess reliable transportation (truck preferred) and essential hand tools
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Must be a team player with a professional, level-headed attitude
Must be available to work Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays
Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus):

Basic mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment repairs (e.g., Bobcats, trailers, trucks, tools)
Key Responsibilities:

Perform various construction and handyman services with precision and care
Use hand and power tools efficiently and safely
Conducts and completes tasks on various workscopes on various projects
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site
Collaborate with clients and team members to meet project expectations
Send in daily progress pictures and updates on the assigned project
