Job Description As a Planning Coordinator, you will manage engineering projects to secure logistical requirements and support supplier selection decisions. You will proactively inform stakeholders about updates and potential impacts regarding material availability and take required actions independently. Your role includes driving and presenting escalations, defining re-use strategies for modules and sub-components, and implementing them into project material availability planning. Responsibilities
- Manage engineering projects to ensure logistical requirements and support supplier selection decisions.
- Identify and inform all relevant stakeholders on updates and potential impacts regarding material availability.
- Independently take required actions and drive L1 escalations, contributing to L2/L3 escalations.
- Define re-use strategies for modules and sub-components and implement them in project material availability planning.
- Perform operational tasks to support engineering projects and factory from a logistical point of view.
- Proactively involve required stakeholders and ensure accountability within the project and Supplier Account Team (SAT).
- Share key information regarding project material availability, critical path, and costs.
- Advise S&P PL and other senior stakeholders on PLM activities, risks, opportunities, and solutions.
- Support configuration changes within engineering projects while guarding PLM requirements.
- Translate project updates to individual targets for project coordinators and execute required actions.
- Contribute to defining supply chain management requirements and explain them to colleagues.

- 2 years post-college related work experience.
- Background in Semiconductor or Technology industry.
- Preferred experience in Project Management and Supply Chain.
- Experience in planning and logistics processes in a high-tech, low-volume environment is a plus.
