The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of cabinet finishing, including sanding, staining, and painting.

Key Responsibilities:
=Sanding and preparing cabinets for finishing
=Staining and painting cabinets
=Applying finishes to cabinets
=Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
=Work in a high-volume, production-focused environment, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality.
=Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and optimal production efficiency.

Qualifications:
=2+ years of experience in cabinet finishing
=Knowledge of different types of wood and finishes
=Ability to work independently and as part of a team
=Strong attention to detail
=Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
=Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume production environment.
=Strong communication and teamwork skills.
=Knowledge of safety practices and adherence to workplace safety standards.
=Physical stamina and strength to handle materials and perform repetitive tasks.
=Will provide additional training
