Master Scheduler

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Master Scheduler to lead and coordinate our production scheduling activities. This role is critical to ensuring alignment across Sales, Engineering, and Operations, and plays a key part in driving efficiency and visibility across our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain monthly, weekly, and daily production schedules.
  • Analyze capacity and material constraints and adjust schedules accordingly.
  • Monitor and report on schedule performance, identifying risks and recommending solutions.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment with Sales, Engineering, and Operational Planning.
  • Monitor material availability and coordinate with procurement to resolve shortages.
  • Lead scheduling meetings and communicate schedule changes to stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve scheduling processes and tools.
  • Support implementation of scheduling and management system changes.
  • Foster a high-performance culture and support team development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or other relevant study.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • At least 5 years of experience with MRP, planning, and shop floor control systems (Visual 9 experience is a plus).
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills.
