Hesperia, CA | Starting at $17$22/hr (DOE)

RDC is seeking a reliable and motivated Shop Assistant / Fabricator to join our team. We specialize in high-end off-road accessories for Sprinter vans, with a focus on precision, quality, and craftsmanship.

Duties Include:
-Cutting and bending aluminum/steel material
-Grinding and prepping parts for welding
-Assembling parts and assisting with fabrication
-MIG/TIG welding (preferred but not required)

Requirements:
-Must be dependable and detail-oriented
-Some shop or fabrication experience preferred
-Willingness to learn and grow in the trade
-Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
-Welding experience is a plus

Pay: $17$22/hr depending on experience
Schedule: MondayFriday | Part time or Full-time
