Were looking for an experienced and motivated HVAC technician/installer to take on a one-time residential project. This side job involves installing a new AC unit and potentially replacing the interior HVAC gas unit as well. I am a property manager so there may be more work available in the East Bay. Details:

Pay: $85 per hour cash
Location: Private residence in downtown Danville by Trader Joes.
Flexible scheduling to fit around your existing work
What youll do:

Remove old AC and/or gas furnace unit as needed
Install new AC system and possibly new interior gas HVAC unit
Handle diagnostics and ensure the entire system is running properly
Manage and pick up parts/materials as needed
Provide a professional, clean installation and leave the work area tidy
Requirements:

At least 3 years of verifiable experience in both HVAC service and installation
EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification (a bonus)
Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems confidently and independently
Comfortable lifting heavy equipment and working in attics, crawl spaces, and other tight areas
Ideal for:
