Lead Handyman / Journeyman Wanted Join Our Vacation Rental Team!
Location: Good Life Vacation Rental Resort 3209 Market St, San Diego, CA
Pay: $25$30/hr DOE | Part- to Full-Time

Are you a journeyman-level handyman looking for a consistent home base instead of bouncing between jobs? Can you fix just about anything, stay organized, and enjoy helping others work efficiently?

Were a boutique vacation rental and resort company seeking a hands-on lead handyman to maintain our properties and lead a small, experienced team.

What Youll Do:
Work alongside a team of 2 laborers and 2 handymen
Lead by example this is a working leadership role
Help manage job priorities, materials, and site coordination
Perform a wide range of repair, build, and maintenance tasks across our rentals and resort

What Were Looking For:
Minimum 7 years experience in hands-on trades
Self-starter who can problem-solve with experience and Google
Friendly, humble, and easy to work with no egos here
Able to give clear instructions and help others stay efficient
Reliable transportation to our main site (Market Street, San Diego)
Must be available 8am4pm, MonFri (with 1-hour lunch)
Occasional extended hours only for emergencies or project deadlines
Willingness to learn and work as part of a close-knit team

Skills in One or More of the Following? Even Better:

Carpentry: Decks, framing, finish work, foundations
Plumbing: PEX, galvanized & PE gas lines, water heaters, rough-in & finish plumbing
Concrete/Masonry: Retaining walls, flatwork, repair, stonework, polishing & finishing
