An NC based commercial builder is in search of a Senior Superintendent to join their Charlotte team. This established yet progressive company has experienced successful growth and builds in general commercial markets. They are known in the community for their exceptional quality of work, outstanding culture and excellent retention rate. They are a growing company and looking to hire an experienced Senior Superintendent. Relocating candidates are urged to apply.

A qualified candidate must possess the following:

• 10+ years of experience in large commercial construction both concrete/steel and wood frame
• Experience working with teams and projects of at least $20 million
• Ability to manage large teams
• Ability to form strong relationships with subcontractors, owners, architects, engineers, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field is preferred
