A Virginia Beach based general contractor is in search of a Superintendent for their local projects. This company is experiencing successful growth and builds in a variety of commercial markets. They focus their efforts on local municipal, medical, office, hospitality, high end tenant fit out, etc. They have a significant backlog of projects. A qualified candidate must possess the following:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction ground up and renovations
• Experience supervising projects of at least $1 million
• Experience with preconstruction activities, scheduling and close-out functions for the project
• Ability to form strong relationships with subcontractors, owners, architects, engineers, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Suite, CMiC, Procore and other construction related software
