Senior Preconstruction Manager

A South East based commercial builder is in search of a Senior Preconstruction Manager to be located in Dallas, TX. This company has earned a great reputation in the market by putting emphasis on honesty, respect and deep-rooted relationships with clients, subcontractors, architects, engineers and community in general. This company builds sizable projects in hospitality, multifamily, senior living, education and general commercial markets. Relocation assistance is available.

A qualified candidate must possess the following:

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating
• Experience estimating large projects of at least $30 million
• Experience in managing a team of Estimators
• Knowledge of GMP & Lump Sum delivery methods
• Prior experience estimating hospitality, senior living or multifamily projects
• Ability to form strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, owners, architects, engineers, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Accounting, Business or related field is preferred
