A NC based builder is in search of a Project Coordinator for their Charlotte office. This company is growing by leaps and bounds and builds primarily in the local market. They focus their efforts on general commercial projects, healthcare, office buildings, etc. This company has an outstanding reputation, a tremendous backlog of projects and offers their employees a work life balance.
A qualified candidate must possess the following:
- 2+ years of experience in construction
- Experience assisting with projects of at least $500k
- Experience with RFIs, change orders, close-out documentation, licensing information, etc.
- Knowledge of permitting, as-builts, utilities, project schedules, budgets, etc.
- Ability to take direction and assist Project Management, Superintendents and Project Accountant
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field is preferred
