A local to NC general contractor is in search of a Master Scheduler to be based in Wilmington, NC office. This company has experienced successful and steady growth and builds in a variety of commercial markets. They focus their efforts on general commercial, healthcare, multi-family, hospitality, etc. The company is offering a generous compensation structure and opportunity for advancement and relocation assistance.

A qualified candidate must possess the following:

• 5+ years of experience in scheduling in commercial construction setting
• Experience with projects of at least $20 million
• Knowledge of Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office
• Ability to work hand in hand with the project management team to create and maintain a schedule to include planning, construction, supply chain, regulatory and cost activities
• Ensure that all projects are being scheduled and forecasted on a consistent, systematic basis
• Knowledge of project sequencing, contract procedures and understanding of drawings and specifications
• Ability to form strong relationships with subcontractors, owners, architects, engineers, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi task and be organized
• A degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business or related field is preferred
