Position Overview:
Were looking for a Construction Helper with extensive knowledge in landscaping and basic carpentry skills to join our crew. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is reliable, motivated, and eager to grow in the construction trade.

Responsibilities:

Assist with job site preparation, cleanup, and material handling

Perform landscaping tasks: grading, planting, digging, edging, mulching, sod/seed, basic hardscape support

Support carpenters with basic framing, measuring, cutting, and assembling

Operate power tools and landscaping equipment safely

Follow direction from lead carpenter or site supervisor

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 - 3 years of landscaping experience

Familiarity with basic carpentry tools and tasks

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions

Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team spirit

Drivers license and reliable transportation required

Bilingual a plus, but not required
