Residential Plumber**
**Job Description**
A residential plumber installs, maintains, and repairs plumbing systems in homes, including water supply, drainage, and fixture systems. They diagnose and resolve plumbing issues, install new fixtures and appliances, and ensure systems comply with building codes.
**Responsibilities**
+ Install, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems.
+ Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently.
+ Install new fixtures and appliances according to specifications.
+ Ensure all plumbing systems comply with local building codes.
+ Read and interpret blueprints to plan plumbing installations.
+ Perform demolition, rough-in, and finish work for new construction projects.
+ Solder and thread pipes as required.
**Essential Skills**
+ 6-10 years of experience in residential plumbing.
+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
+ Experience with PVC piping, cast iron, and other plumbing materials.
+ Ability to perform installation and finish work.
+ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in both residential and commercial construction environments.
