**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Extrusion Operator to join our team at a leading wire and cable manufacturer. Serving a diverse range of industries including military contracting and logistics, our company prides itself on internally designed, specialized machinery. The ideal candidate will have the ability to set up and operate extrusion machines independently, although any extrusion experience is valuable. This position offers flexibility with shifts available on both 1st and 2nd options, catering to different schedules.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up and operate extrusion machinery efficiently.
+ Perform production tasks using hand tools and inspection equipment.
+ Conduct assembly operations following detailed blueprints.
+ Operate CNC machines and utilize calipers for precise measurements.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to ensure seamless production flow.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in machine operation and production processes.
+ Experience with hand tools and inspection techniques.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and use tape measures.
+ CNC operating experience and familiarity with calipers.
+ Strong troubleshooting skills to address and resolve machinery issues.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ A well-tenured resume demonstrating mechanical aptitude.
+ Experience in environments such as hardware stores is advantageous.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
