General Laborer**
**Job Description**
We are seeking reliable and hardworking temporary employees to support our warehouse operations by reworking and restacking pallets. This role involves physical labor and requires adherence to safety protocols. Employees will work 8-hour shifts and must be able to lift and maneuver heavy objects.
**Responsibilities**
+ Examine pallets to ensure they meet company standards and rework any pallets that do not meet specifications.
+ Move, organize, and restack pallets safely and efficiently to optimize the storage area.
+ Lift and carry items up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
+ Perform tasks that involve lifting, twisting, stretching, squatting, and standing for prolonged periods.
+ Follow all safety protocols and guidelines at all times to maintain a safe working environment.
**Essential Skills**
+ Must be able to lift 50 lbs consistently and perform physical tasks such as twisting, stretching, squatting, and standing.
+ Ability to assess pallets and ensure they meet company standards.
+ A strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all safety regulations.
+ Reliable and able to work efficiently during an 8-hour shift.
**Shift and Pay:**
7:00am-3:30Pm Monday through Friday
$17/hr (Temporary position)
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $14.00 - $14.00/hr.
