Painter and Body Work Specialist**
**Job Description**
This full-time position requires working weekdays from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. The role involves operating various equipment, such as sanders (both wet and dry), grinders, and pressurized paint guns. Familiarity with one-stage paint and power tools is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates must pass a Respirator Fit Test and wear an N95 respirator while working.
**Responsibilities**
+ Prepare surfaces for painting and apply paint using spray techniques.
+ Conduct body and paint preparation assessments.
+ Participate in hands-on inspections and assessments.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in auto body paint and spray painting.
+ Experience with industrial painting techniques.
+ Capability to handle sanding and finishing processes.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
