SALARY/HOURLY RATE:

$75k - $110K Annually, Based on experience

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Foreman to oversee construction projects and ensure that they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Site Foreman will be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating with various teams, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SITE FOREMAN:

Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on site.

Ensure projects are completed according to plans, specifications, and schedules.

Monitor and manage site safety, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards.

Conduct regular site inspections and meetings with subcontractors and staff.

Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on the job site.

Maintain accurate records of site activities and progress.

Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS FOR THE SITE FOREMAN:

Proven experience as a Site Foreman in the construction industry.

Ability to work nights and weekends as required.

Clean driving record.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety regulations.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS FOR THE SITE FOREMAN:

7+ years of experience as a Site Foreman.

OSHA certifications.

Experience with large-scale construction projects.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
