Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced Sheet Metal Technicians for an active commercial project in Tampa, FL. Candidates must be skilled in installing ductwork and setting grills, with the ability to work efficiently and follow jobsite layouts.

Work Scope Includes:

• Installing and hanging sheet metal ductwork

• Setting grills, diffusers, and registers

• Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and layouts

• Assisting with layout and fabrication as needed

• Following all safety protocols and maintaining a clean jobsite

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of commercial sheet metal/HVAC experience

• Proficient with duct installation and setting grills

• Must have own hand tools and full PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, high-vis vest, gloves, boots)

• Ability to work independently and take direction

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
