Supervisor - Tool & Die

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Tool and Die Supervisor to lead our day shift team in a facility that specializes in building large metal stamping dies for the automotive industry. This is a great opportunity for an experienced die maker ready to step into a leadership role, or a current supervisor looking for a new challenge in a high-standards, team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support a team of tool and die makers in daily operations

Oversee workflow and prioritize tasks to meet production timelines

Troubleshoot complex die issues and assist with builds, engineering changes, and repairs.

Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards

Work closely with engineering to improve processes

Requirements:

Hands-on experience working with metal stamping dies is required

Journeyman Tool and Die Maker certification is preferred

Proven leadership ability or a strong desire to lead

In-depth understanding of Class "A" Transfer Die construction and Try-Out

Proficient in reading blueprints and technical specifications
