What You'll Do
Client Engagement & Sales Support

• Collaborate with Sales to understand client goals and translate them into powerful AV solutions.
• Conduct site surveys, lead needs assessments, and deliver compelling solution presentations.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor, clearly communicating the value of your designs.

System Design & Engineering

• Design AV systems that integrate platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams, along with LED walls, audio systems, camera switching, and collaboration tools.
• Ensure every system is high-performing, user-friendly, and aligned with client expectations and budgets.

Technical Documentation

• Create detailed documentation including signal flow diagrams, equipment lists, infrastructure specs, and bill of materials.
• Write clear executive summaries and technical narratives that support project delivery.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with clients, architects, consultants, and project managers to align vision with technical feasibility.
• Contribute meaningfully to design meetings and ensure all voices are heard and integrated.

What You Bring

• At least 5 years of experience in AV system design or engineering.
• CTS-D and/or CTS-I certification preferred.
• Deep knowledge of AV signal flow, system integration, and control systems.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting to clients and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A collaborative, proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
