• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 8 years of experience in program or project management.
  
• 8 years of experience in the construction of mission critical facilities from groundbreaking to turn-over, with direct management and responsibility for cost, schedule, vendors, changes and construction deliverables.
• 8 years of experience managing general contractors or subcontractors or owner's representative.

• 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  
• 8 years of experience with mission-critical equipment/environments (e.g., switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls, security monitoring systems, fire safety systems).
• Experience managing vendor relationships and a strong understanding of standard practices in the design and construction industry.
• Knowledge of fast-track design-build processes and of large-scale facility electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to gather requirements, organize resources, prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and achieve objectives within defined goals.
• Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.

In this role, you will play a key part in bringing our data centers to life. You will manage various aspects of data center projects, from initial concept and design through to construction and deployment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget while meeting our high standards for quality and efficiency. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$258,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
