- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program or project management.
- 8 years of experience in the construction of mission critical facilities from groundbreaking to turn-over, with direct management and responsibility for cost, schedule, vendors, changes and construction deliverables.
- 8 years of experience managing general contractors or subcontractors or owner's representative.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- 8 years of experience with mission-critical equipment/environments (e.g., switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls, security monitoring systems, fire safety systems).
- Experience managing vendor relationships and a strong understanding of standard practices in the design and construction industry.
- Knowledge of fast-track design-build processes and of large-scale facility electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to gather requirements, organize resources, prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and achieve objectives within defined goals.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$258,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
