- Engage with existing customers and identify new prospects for aftermarket sales.
- Sell replacement components manufactured by other industry companies.
- Prepare quotes based on customer needs, including breakdown situations and preventative maintenance.
- Train and understand various components and necessary questions.
- Quote steel fabrication projects, including conveyor systems and structural steel.
- Operate independently once trained, rebuilding and growing the aftermarket business.
- Advanced Excel proficiency, essential for the role, with complex function utilization.
- Ability to navigate and utilize an internal system for parts and component selection.
- Self-motivation and initiative to learn independently and explore resources.
- Experience with structural steel and conveyor systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with structural components is a plus.
