Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Inventory Integrity Supervisor based at our Berea, KY location .
What you will do:
Supervise and support the daily activities of the inventory integrity team, including coaching, performance management, and staffing decisions.
Oversee material allocation and planning across multiple facilities to meet production schedules and reduce working capital.
Drive root-cause analysis of inventory variances; collaborate with management, plant teams, and suppliers to develop corrective actions.
Monitor and maintain compliance with cycle count program standards; lead regular physical counts and reconciliation efforts through SAP.
Develop and maintain audit-ready documentation for both internal and external inventory reviews.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent development efforts within your team.
Complete and respond to mini-count requests for parts with on-hand discrepancies, phase-outs, and ECN-related changes.
Serve as the facility lead for inventory management and controls, ensuring consistent application of processes and accountability across teams.

What you will need:
Bachelors degree in Engineering , Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Logistics.
Minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on production, materials, or inventory integrity.
Skills, Experience & Abilities
Deep understanding of inventory management, planning parameters, and forecasting.
Proficient with Power BI, SAP, PMRS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication skillsboth verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven leadership in cross-functional, matrixed environments and experience managing projects across diverse teams.
