Were looking for an experienced and collaborative Piping/Passivation Superintendent in Cary/Holly Springs, NC who thrives when people are in sync and construction projects are running like they should. Youll take the lead on daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site, and ensure the right materials, equipment and people are there to get the job done. Most importantly, youll take action to ensure the safety, health and well-being of your team and our planet. At least 8 years of construction site experience in an EPCM environment

At least 8 years of experience as a general foreman, superintendent, and/or construction manager

Proficient in reading P&IDs and marking up flow paths for passivation of hygienic piping

Demonstrated working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, scheduling, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building required.

Ideally, youll also have:

Pharma Experience preferred

OSHA30 certification

Bluebeam
