Finishing Carpenter**
**Job Description**
We are seeking dedicated finishing carpenters to join our dynamic team and contribute to a range of exciting projects, including remodels, new builds, and additions. If you have construction experience and a passion for carpentry, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career. You will be working on projects across the metro area, driving to job sites independently each morning. As part of one of our four teams, you will assist experienced carpenters and learn directly from them, making this a fantastic entry point into the carpentry field.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist with demolition at job sites
+ Perform site clean up and set up
+ Move, carry, and stage materials
+ Support carpenters with various tasks as needed
+ Engage in custom stick framing and finish carpentry projects
+ Install trim, casing, cabinets, windows, and doors
**Essential Skills**
+ 2+ years of experience in both interior and exterior carpentry
+ Experience with stick framing and finish carpentry
+ Proficiency with hand and power tools
+ Valid driver's license and insurance
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Previous experience on construction sites
+ Ability to drive up to 30 miles from residence to job sites

**Work Environment**
Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 3:30 PM. Our projects require both indoor and outdoor work, accommodating all seasons, including winter. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Excelsior, Minnesota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
