Job Description
Our client, a leader in the technology industry, is seeking a Construction Manager to join their team. As a Construction Manager, you will be part of the Land Development & Community team supporting the execution of large-scale civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Construction Manager
**Location:** San Antonio, TX (100% onsite)
**Pay Range:** $64 - $68/hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Serve as the primary on-site representative for the Land Development & Community team.
+ Lead the site team, ensuring alignment with project goals and safety standards.
+ Monitor and report on the General Contractor's performance in executing project scope.
+ Track project milestones, schedule adherence, and budget utilization.
+ Facilitate communication between client's stakeholders and external parties.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
+ Minimum 8-10 years of experience managing large-scale civil construction projects.
+ Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and resource allocation.
+ Proficiency in computer software such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project.
+ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
