Field Operations Manager

Our client, a leader in Civil Construction and Infrastructure, is seeking a Field Operations Manager to join their team. As a Field Operations Manager, you will be part of the Land Development & Community (LDC) team supporting large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, outstanding attention to detail, and strong leadership abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Field Operations Manager

**Location:** San Antonio, TX

**Pay Range:** $50-$52/hour

**Duration** : 18 Month Contract

**What's the Job?**

+ Represent the LDC team on-site and lead all site-based coordination efforts.

+ Align the site team with the Execution Manager's strategy and support various project meetings.

+ Monitor General Contractor performance and track progress on construction activities.

+ Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations while managing site logistics.

+ Facilitate effective communication between Microsoft teams and external stakeholders.

**What's Needed?**

+ Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.

+ Minimum 8 years of experience managing large-scale civil construction projects.

+ Bluebeam, ProCore, Primavera

+ AutoCAD

+ Construction Safety experience

+ Direct experience in construction field leadership with emphasis on early works execution.

+ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

+ Strong organizational and time management skills.
